I think he’s lying. German shorthair breeders have pretty lengthy (usually) waiting lists for their puppies so it’s very unlikely he’d be firesaling them on Craigslist. I don’t think any responsible breeder would put their dogs on Craigslist because of the number of people that get animals from there for cruel purposes. I googled his number and didn’t find anything anything that has to do with a dog breeder. And finally, at least in my experience & that of everyone I hunt with, the breeder doesn’t register puppies. The new owner does that.

Could be the post was flagged. I don't know about now but they used to not allow dogs and cats for sale. As far as the papers are concerned, ALL breeders registering their dogs apply for the puppy papers . Then fill them out for the buyer. Some keep there ads by using a rehoming fee for a sale excuse.

Literally nothing about your post is fact except maybe that you and your friends don't know that you can register a litter of puppies. Fire saling means at discount prices and the ad doesn't even have a price on it! And there are other litters available right now around the Spokane area of GSP puppies!  Spokane Exchange has some listed also. Where did you read about people getting dogs from Craigslist for cruel purposes? And finally, someone who sells enough dogs to have a permanent Google search result for puppies is irresponsible if you ask me, that's what's called a puppy mill...  :dunno:
